Order Nov 16 …now crickets

I ordered 2 months ago and have yet to receive my order. I want a refund..and will be calling my bank to file a complaint! I have called and emailed and have yet to receive any correspondence back. This is POOR business and I want my money back!

I ordered a custom shirt in July 2021, I received 1 email saying that they are going to check the status on the item. I called several times, left messages, emails, still no response and still haven’t received my custom shirt and it’s January 2022

I have received no information regarding the status of my order despite my constant request from the business. I have reached out several times via email and phone, but still no response. The Facebook page associated with this business has seral comments stating the same.
