Can’t get them to stop delivering

I didn’t sign to get auto del. I can’t get them to stop shipping. I’ve called the phone number so rude they want another credit card . When I said no he yelled at me and hung up . I wish someone could please tell me how to get this nightmare to stop. The gummies don’t work and they make me sick

I purchased keto gummies after going to a webpage that provided “reviews” of top brands. I was directed to Great Results from that review webpage via hyperlink and made a one time purchase of the product. The order and receipt do not provide a detailed transactional accounting. I was then charged again 2 months later for the same amount but did not make an additional purchase. I called the phone number provided on the email receipt which was a call center and was given the runaround about getting to the right department to get a refund before being hung up on without resolution. I also emailed the company at the address provided but am not receiving response.
