I ordered what was advertised as an authentic Kate Spade purse and once I finally received my item, it was obvious that is was fake. I contacted the seller and first was asked why I didn't like the bag. I explained it was clearly fake and I would like my money back. Then I was asked for pictures of the item I received. Still no refund.
