My fiance and I applied for a housewe paid $50 ea for a application fee. My fiance was denied in two days, I was approved in 5. After getting a approval application I was email that the house was taken already. The house is still on the market and I can still go in to the house to look at it. I was told that I could use my application towards another property but when I call it is almost impossible to get in touch with someone and when you do they have every excuse in the book for everything and anything you ask. They just took money from us for no reason.. this company has had over 600 application for this house. Stay away from Great Jones.

They say homes are for rent make you wait for weeks at a time then tell you, you have to resubmit a application when they email you after almost two in a half weeks. You have to repay another application fee. You aren’t ever able to lease the house. They have customer service reps that answer and tell you the policy is an additional 24 to 72 hours
