The whole conversation has been pretty strange:
1. There is no Great Heart Academies based on Fort Worth.
2. I couldn't find any GHA principal called Allen Bradley.
3. The weekly salary is too high for this job.
4. He wants me to start this job before the contract is signed
5. During the phone calls, it keeps losing the signal, and I cannot reach him when I give him a call, which means I can only receive his call when he calls me.
6. The retired army card he sent me is not clear.
Therefore, after these many doubts, I prayed and decided not to pursue this job and to stop continuing this conversation with him.
I am not one hundred percent to guarantee if he is a scam or not, but maybe it is better to raise an awareness here just in case if he is and if he has or he will harm anybody. After all, it will not harm anything if he is completely innocent, and I will apologize if that is a misunderstanding.
