On May 21, 2021 I received photos and videos for two puppies that I found on Great Field Shih Tzu Farm website. I proceeded to put my deposit down and the puppies were supposedly brought to the pet transporter, Alpha Pet Courier, for delivery. I then was notified that I needed to send payment for crates, pet liability insurance and vaccines. They preyed on my emotions as they knew I was already attached to these two puppies, which I am sure now they don't exist. They hook you by saying the additional fees are refundable upon delivery. They gave me tracking numbers and times for delivery but it unfortunately, never happened. No puppies but out tons of money.

I purchased 2 puppies for $1500 including shipping which they sent photos. I proceeded with the transaction. The puppies were to arrive at my AZ home the next day. Unfortunately, the next day I received a phone call telling me to send additional $450 for crates, $1990 for pet liability pet insurance and $965 for a vaccination. The puppies were never delivered. I have tried to get refunded with no success. The courier service is ALPHA Pet Courier.

Be CAREFUL of this site. They advertise shih tzu puppies for sale. I almost bought one for $650 + $120 shipping fees, for a total of $770. They tell you that once you send the money; they will start the process and will even accept half of the money up front and the other half once the puppy is delivered. They started being pushy about me sending the payment and would not give me the breeder name or kennel; so I got curious and searched this site and someone had been scammed from them in April 2021. I reach back out to them about them already scamming someone and they did not get back to me.
