They created a lable and tracking # after they got paid and it show on their site the order was paid and shipped. I placed a 2nd order and paid on March 15th. I waited and waited and the first order never came. I got suspicious so I emailed Parcelforce and provide them with the tracking # and asked them to track the package. Parcelforce told me that the package was never shipped and never picked up from the seller. I immediately, emailed Brilliant Spirits and this person name Amelia keep telling me that the package was indeed shipped and was delivered. I checked with USPS and the tracking # never existed. This website is nothing but a scam. My 2nd order was never shipped. They refused to refund my money or send me the products that I ordered. I lost $2000.
