My uncle received phone call yesterday mid morning, on 12-5-17 he lives out on the west coast. Then my uncle sent me a message to call them as they were looking for me. So, I called 844-792-6895 they answered Graystone & Associates if you know your parties extension you can dial it now, I tried hitting 0 and it says sorry unrecognized transferring you now. It rang 4-5 times, answering machine kicked on, I did not leave a number, I called back the 3rd time calling back when it was answered. They answered hello, Graystone & Associates, I had to ask for the  name of who I was talking it was Steve Higgins. Steve Higgins asked me can I have the phone number we called, and I gave him the phone number and he said nothing is coming up, and I gave him my last name, and he asked is this ( he said my first name), and I said yes, and then he read off my social. He started telling me that I had payday loan made out that turned into a bank account and when it was time to give the money back from the bank account to payday lender, the account was closed. He said we can do a settlement for $500 something, if not, he would be in contact with local law enforcement, and he said depending on the law in your state you would be going to court then jail. I started asking the question, where was the payday loan originated from, he told me then I asked him how come I have never received anything in the mail, and he read off the address, it was the address I lived at for a brief moment when I lived in another city and state where I was living, and the payday loan was taken out there in 2013. I was trying to get information if they had a legal dept, and he said you can have your attorney call me directly, and I asked no sir, I was wondering who he could talk to lawyer to lawyer.He said I would have to prove the person wasn't me, and have the person who did do it in the courtroom.
