Graves is suppose to be an artist/painter. I sent Graves $160 on June 9,2022 for a custom family portrait. It’s now October 1,2022 and I never received my portrait. He only communicate through IG & FB messages. I have asked about my portrait and requested an refund several times. He’s ignored me constantly. He continues to post deals and art for sale on his page but still has not responded to my messages. After doing research , I found out I am not the only one and he has already been reported to the ScamPulse.com more than once.
