Bought a piece of patio furniture and they sent me a ratty old dining room chair cushion. When you complain they only offer a refund of 10% what you paid and just lie and lie and lie some more. They are garbage scammers. What pathetic people. I see they are doing this to a lot of people

I ordered a Portable carpet cleaner and got a totally different product consisting of a couple scrubbing pads and some facial cleanser! When I asked for a refund, they told me not to send it back and they would give me $5 back of my $40 purchase!

I was on facebook market place when i seen this 12 electric jack for cars so i cliced on it and it took me the web address gratend.com and the jack was on sale for 25 dallers so i ordered it and got a confrimation and it said we will notifiy you when it ships witch is within 72 hours i orded on the 9 so by 15 i started emailing them and only responce i ever got was please seand ur order # and so i did but got nothing but a bill for my pay pal from cityrunhaul for 36.00
