Graspskills Reports & Reviews (1)

GraspSkills sent an email to my boss offering the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Course in which we would receive certification after taking the course and exam. The course was provided, however, to date, the teacher Aleida Dikland was never paid, nor were the students ever given the exam link for certification. It turns out that GraspSkills is not an authorized training provider. The teacher did indicate that the material was ITIL material, however, GraspSkills can not give us the link to the course because they are not an authorized training provider. It is clear after the fact that is was a phishing scam because the email it originally came from does not match the same person I was corresponding with: Email came from [email protected] and I was corresponding with [email protected]. It wasn't until we took the course that it became apparent. Their website seemed pretty legitimate at first glance: http://www.graspskills.com/. But they had not secured the conference room when we arrived and their card kept getting declined. This was the first clue. Then they asked the teacher to pose for a picture in front of their logo. Another weird thing. Finally, they have not released the exam and I don't think they ever will, they keep postponing it. When I followed up via phone to the 2 numbers provided (Phone: +1-647-313-3373 / +1-919-238-9981) there was no answer to the first one and the voice mail was full, and the second number returned a busy signal. When I finally got a hold of Xavier Tucek, he could not answer to where the link was coming from. After pressing the issue for a while, finally he said it was coming from his boss. I asked for his bosses number. At first he said he had no number, then switched his story and said I could reach him at the first number above, but that he was unavailable to talk to me at that time. I asked for references after the fact and he never sent them. I've reported them to Pay Pal as well because this is how I paid for the course. I've also started a dispute with my bank to get my money back for the course as the full service was not provided as per the email.

Several different emails were used (initial contact advertising course: [email protected]; once I registered for the course: [email protected]. The teacher was contacted by: Sam.grasp [email protected] and I was given Tyson lee's name who was supposedly their boss: [email protected]
