I was seeking to have a logo built for my business and came across this company named Custom Design genius, i laid out what i would like the company to accomplish as a logo for my company. The representative continued to up sell even after i told them the maximum amount of money I was willing to spend on this particular design. I didn't pay this much attention because it is every companies job to up sell products. The initial turn around time to receive samples was 24-48 hrs. After 48hrs i received some initial samples and was asked to choose from them and add any alterations i would like. After a hour long conversation with who was suppose to be the project manager, i told them of the changes and asked how long before i receive a finished design along with copyrights for the logo. The project manager said at max, give them 24 hours to apply changes etc. By 6:30 pm that evening i received an email stating the design pattern i had chosen someone had already filed for it in the Month of March. This was confusing considering the design i asked for was one of my own drawing and ideas. So i emailed the rep back asking the details of the discrepancy. I received no responses. The following morning i started emailing all points of contact i had conversations with and reaching out to their customer service. the customer service chat is designed to keep you in queue waiting as though their will be a rep come to assist you as soon as possible. After 35 mins of waiting, the queue closed on its on and after opening it again, the queue repeated the process. Their website says that customer service is available 24/7, this is also false considering you can reach no one. All points of contact i had the previous day are not responding and phone numbers are all saying " Line busy"
After checking google review, i see have fallen for a scam. Every review speaks about how people were done the same way i have. I have all receipts and emails of transactions with this company.
