Placed an order. They never sent the item and when they did send it they sent it to the wrong place. Like not even remotely close to my address. When I asked for a refund they had me wager to get my refund and then they never sent it... This place is a scam and I like to find every one of those people and punch them in the goddamn face. They stole my money.

I order a guitar in May 2020.$64.00. I got masks as well but there were more than two. Wow! Anyway, I proceeded to tell them they sent the wrong item. They apologized and said logistics got the order number wrong. So I waited again for a tracking number. They finally gave me another tracking number except they said to track it through EMS which is no longer even able to be found. I finally told them to refund my money and unfortunately I didn’t go through PayPal. I went Rhône if my bank accounts. I haven’t noticed anything extra coming out of those accounts. I also can’t find where the transaction even happened! I guess I’m just out of $64! I’m so angry with myself and that scam of a company!

I ordered a banjo and have been fortunate enough to complained enough to paypal that was my money was refunded. I do hope that you are able to get some relief for the amount that you spent. I also emailed them consistently and received a replies stating that they are indeed a real company. I was forever tracking the number that was given to me. So I checked it today and found that the package was delivered yesterday. Checking at my front door, I started panicking thinking maybe someone had stolen the package from my door. Checked my mailbox and found they'd sent 2 masks...

After receiving 2 face masks instead of the guitar I ordered, I filed a claim with PayPal which required me to confront Grapend.top . Grapend.top was very apologetic and said they would re-ship my order. I received an email from them, with a tracking number and link to EMS.CN shipping. As I have been checking it over the past several weeks, there are regular updates to the tracking, however it was a curious thing . . . no other tabs on the website were active, and the updates happened automatically without me initiating a query . . . i.e. pushing the track button. It occurred to me that the website may be fake, so why I didn't check this before, blind faith you can call it . . . I viewed the source code for the webpage (anyone can do this , just right click anywhere on the page and it opens up the HTML source code) AND LO & BEHOLD! ALL THE TRACKING I'VE BEEN VIEWING< FROM SHEUNGAN PROVINCE TO THE US< TO THE STATE AND CITY I LIVE IN e.g. "ARRIVED YOUR CITY" ... was HARD CODED in the page . . . What this means is, the information was not coming from a tracking database as it normally and always would be, but some little chinese guy was typing FAKE tracking into the page! . THERE IS NO PACKAGE, THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER, THERE IS NO REAL TRACKING . . . ALL FAKE! ALL Fabricated to appear that I had a package coming to me. Fortunately I kept the claim open with PAyPal, and they refunded me in FULL! . GOD BLESS PAYPAL! Beware Chinese websites, they are elaborately FAKE, , , "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, ... well you ain't gonna fool me twice"

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. It could be your cookies automatically connecting, who knows. They'd sent me a tracking number and instead of using the link they sent, I actually Googled China Post and searched the tracking there. I also tracked on USPS which is how I found out my 2 masks had arrived- which have gone immediately into the trash, btw. I'm just happy that I got my money from Paypal months ago. So even if I had received the banjo I'd ordered, it would have been free to me...
