Someone saying they were Angel Parker called me and asked for my name and age. I didn't give her my last name or age, but yet she said because I had filed my taxes early and hadn't filed bankruptcy or been in trouble I was getting an Indiana grant for $9,800. She told me to call 315.232.8946 for further instructions, but when you call that number the line is dead. She also said I would be transferring money to an account, but I couldn't get that information since the 2nd line was dead.
