There are only 3 locations for the bank listed on the check, First Bank in Ketchikan, AK (no legitimate address)
Also, in the promotional instructions, the check has to be deposited, then an NC phone number 980-981-4270 has to be texted, and at that time, more instructions will be sent for installation.
At no point is there any kind of verbal contact, only texting.
