I ordered a set of quilting templates and it came with a special foot for my sewing machine. That was early March and after about 3 months the foot for my sewing machine came but no templates. It was the templates I wanted and didn't care about the foot. I emailed them several times and they told me to check with my neighbours and that they might have it. Eventually they responded to my emails saying they had no record of my ever ordering from them and it must have been another company. It was them and I had the date, order # etc. I emailed Paypal twice about it and they have never responded either. Never again will I order from Granite Gray and cancelled my Paypal account.

I ordered a product April 19, 2020. Contacted the support email in July & was returned stating give them time to look into it. I emailed again in July on how long to wait? And there has been no reply or contact. From the beginning I told them I wanted a refund & stated again. There are so many “reviews” that say SCAM. One person had my same story, she also ordered in April & has not received

I purchased something from their website, the tracking number they provided is said that there was no shipping history with that number. I emailed them twice and heard nothing back, and even on the reviews on their Facebook page it is just complaint after complaint of the same issues I've had
