On December 14th I ordered something for my niece for Christmas. On February 15th I emailed asking what was going on with my order. I was told it was delayed due to the pandemic and an apology was sent. They said my order would be coming soon. On March 1st I checked the status of my order with the shop app and it said delivery attempted. So I emailed the company again asking what delivery attempted meant. I was assured that my order was shipped and was given the same link I already had to track it. Here it is almost 3 months later and I still don't have my package for my niece and im out the money I spent on it.
