I received a phone call from Grand Energy. Their phone numbers are 800-589-3101 and 800-362-7557. It is the same phone number as the Illuminating Co. Offering to lower rates on my gas and electric. I agreed. I gave the account numbers for my electric with the Illuminating company and Gas with Dominion. They are going to mail me a form. They wanted my debit card information. The only thing I gave was the expiration date.
