So I recently did business with a company named Gramto, which is an online business that provides you with Instagram services such as helping you grow your audience organically and with less hassle. This sounded great as it would save me tremendous time I marketing to a particular niche. Once I paid for the service my account remained in a "free" standard mode, I contacted the company and did not get a response until the next day. It was really early in the morning around 3am pacific time when I finally heard back, it was about something that had nothing to do with my complaint. I was sent a screenshot to use a proxy or something of the matter, had no clue what they were talking about and once I replied I get nothing but silence no reply. I been trying to reach out to them for hours now and still no response and I have asked for my money back (which is ONLY $5 but it's my hard earned money not theirs) and you guessed it no response. I am highly frustrated as they think they can get away with this. Note to ANYONE who wants to use this service don't, in fact they need to be taken down to prevent other potential victims of a quick money grab scheme, with no refunds option.
