On 12/14/23 I purchased a vanity, that was being promoted on Tik Tok. This was a gift for my daughter's birthday and Christmas gift. I purchased directly from the promotor on Tik Tok and I also paid for fast shipping. I immediately received an email from MATILSER confirming my order and that they would notify when the order was ready. After a week I contacted them via email on the status of my order.

As of today, it is over a month since i ordered this product. Below is the email stating that item is expected to be shipped January 7th. No notice was sent to me. I have been very patient and polite, considering that i was falsely misled given the information that it would take 7-14 days for the the item to be shipped and should be arriving with 7days. I know that I’d only paid 16.99 for the item + fast shipping. That is not the case. The issue I am facing is the misleading information of the shipment. I am still waiting! what i am concerned now is that if this is even a real product that I have purchased. This was a promising deal and that I was excited for as it was a birthday gift that i was hopeful it arrived before Christmas.

What is the holdup?

Okay, you guys have been dragging this on for too long now and i am starting to be concerned that this is a scam.

I have been very understanding, patient and polite and we are on 2 months. The fact that you in every email have stating a shipping date January 7th this item is to be shipped. From the date of ordered and i paid for fast shipping, you stated it’s to be shipped 7-14 days and delivered within 7 days. You have told me you will urge the warehouse to ship my order ASAP! This is very unprofessional and false advertising. I would have been okay had you said it’s going to take 3 months, at least i had an idea rather than waiting and not having any clue and receiving false information. I do appreciate your fast responses to my email, but this getting ridiculous. Please ship my order, or i will have to take further action.

I finally asked for my refund and for their manager's info to make a complaint, but I never received it.
