I ordered a mineral mug, posted online with an exceptional image. The mug was a gift and I sent it to a friend who thought I must hate him!
He received a plastic mug with painted images that mockingly looked almost nothing like the website image.
Not only that, but the smell from off-gassing was so strong he refused to keep it indoors.
I wrote the company and they apologetically asked me to return to mug to China if I desired a refund!
I wrote back that the shipping was prohibitive, the mail service not guaranteed, and asked them instead to simply issue me a refund. They conceded and refunded 20%.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT HAS A BAIT AND SWITCH ADVERTISING PRACTICE AND A DECREPIT REFUND POLICY.
