I thought I was applying for a grant. They said I needed to pay 1500.00 dollars for the money and the shipping costs. I paid them with gift cards. In 9 months they kept adding more money so I paid with more gift cards. Well it accumulated to 27000.00 dollars and they’re still wanting more. I have not received any grant from them
