The company reviewed my information and told me I was eligible for several services if I paid for their $250 membership. Once I got the money to pay them, I scheduled my appointment. They had me fill out forms for PSLF. Then I was supposed to have a follow up meeting and that was after the “30 day cancellation period” when I could cancel and get my money back. That was when they told me that I had to choose between Fresh Start and PSLF when that was not what I was told before I paid them money. It was a bait and switch.
