These people said if I made a certain amount of payments my school debt would be wiped clean by April 2022. Well that did happen and when I tried to call the number I was given the phone just rang and rang. I was taken for almost $600!

I too spoke with Alonzo Felix and Mitch Johnston. They were both very nice and didn't have any problem answering my questions. I had a gut feeling that is was "too good to be true", but they fooled me good! I lost $1,437 total. I gave them a copy of my diploma, my FAFSA information. Good thing I am poor with terrible credit or I could have been in real trouble. Everything they did looked so legit... We spoke multiple times and texted many times as well. Our last contact was in January when I called and asked him why I was being contacted about repayment. Alonzo told me to just ignore them, I was all set. Just talked to the real Federal Student Aid department, I have a case and a number, but it is only pending. Nothing else further has been done. Alonzo told me that I should hear more information in the spring and by July everything should be completed. What the actual H***! That was money I didn't have to do away with money I really don't have.

At first they were very nice and very helpful. After I made a payment of $392. I called them back and they answered my phone call and we spoke for a long time. We hanged up and I left them alone. I called them back later and the phone ranged for a long period of time.No one answered.
I don’t know what to do and I m very nervous and don’t know what to do please help

I talked to Alonzo Felix too and I paid three installments of and hundred 70something and my student loans were supposed to be paid off. The fasfa website says my application is still pending and it's been 5 months. Also I can't get a hold of him now cause all the numbers he gave me aren't working or nobody will pick up. Is this a scam? I also don't think the website even exists.

some lady named Amy tried to set me up for borrowers defense application to pay $615 via $198.33 a week to cancel my student loans. she been harassing me every week when my payments doesn't come through and now two different men have called my phone asking why I haven't made any payments. one day later Amy actually texted me about the delay of payment. also the name of the payment they tried to take out is under two different names.

Posing as student loan forgiveness program. Pay $1000 in 5 monthly installments of $200 or $600 today for “Legal Fees” for the underwriting of legal documents.
When I clicked on the link it sent me to bizrate and then redirected me to wayfair.com ?
This is a scam.

Alonzo Feliz and Julio Palma were the main two I spoke with. But there was a woman as well. Told me to fill out form for borrowers defense application. Told me to pay $481 to have there underwriters to send in paperwork on my behalf to get my student loans forgiven. Also had me to give them my fAsfa information to see my student loans. I have since had fraudulent activity in my social security number.
