I ordered 4 bathing suits and only received 3 of them. And it also took them 8 weeks for them to get to me. I was needing to send 2 of the 3 suits back. I requested several times a refund and they went around offering me $7 and for me to keep them and then offering $14 with 20% refund and I kept telling them no. Half way through this ordeal I realized they had only sent me 3 of the 4 bathing suits(because it took so long for them to get to me I forgot how many suits I had ordered). I let them know and they said they were out of stock. So if I wouldn't have said anything they wouldn't have said nothing and kept my money. I got the refund for the item they never sent but still have not gotten my $50.65 back for the other 2 suits. I kept reminding them that I hadn't received my refund and they kept saying they were working on it on their end. I have been more than patient with them and it is May already and no luck.

I bought a bathing suit from a facebook ad. The merchant clearly advertised “easy and fast returns” so I felt confident about ordering. I received a suit that did not match the website photo and did not fit. I reached out to the merchant through [email protected] as requested. I was offered a $6 credit instead of returning. I declined and again asked for return authorization. I repeated the request every day for a week with no response. Others online have repeated the same story. I only know that they ship from New Jersey but there is no address online or on the package.

The site looks completely legit...I have an order#, there's a customer service website, their web address looks good, and the site itself is out together very well. But, it's all fake. I never received the products, and have sent multiple emails to their customer service with no response.
