I was called numerous times within a couple days. All calling from the same company, saying the same thing. Repeatedly asking me for a payment arrangement. I repeatedly told them that I do not currently have the funds as I am on a fixed income. I told them that it would be my intention to rectify the situation, but I could not start any payments until next month as I am on a tight fixed income.

I was told that $25.00 a month was not enough, that I needed to pay $80.00. Then I was told I needed to do more. I had repeatedly told this company that I wanted written proof of this debt, and they refused saying the only deal in email. This company does not deal in money orders, only cards. (ie; bank cards or prepaid) They said I had to go get a prepaid card today! When I repeatedly said that would not be possible, I was told to get a good lawyer and they would see me in court. They also have left voicemail saying the same thing and left a threatening message with ** *** *** *** *** This company claims they have 48 remote offices in all states, but when you call back you get the main office out of Miami, FL. Mind you, when they call, they have a local area code. Not Florida or any other state.
