I have received three of these bright yellow postcards in the mail.
This is the message:

Attention: Robert *** , I urgently need to speak with you about your property.
I am hoping that this card catches you in time. I have tried for hours to find your phone number using the internet.
but was unable to :-(
I 've recorded a brief message about your property at ( address listed ) so that you could at least hear me out and then decide if we should speak over the phone.
All you have to do is CALL ( 617 ) 608 - 1001 to listen to my recorded message about this matter. Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to listen to my message ( no one will answer )

That is the postcard message my husband received in the mail. We have received three of them so far.
We own our home and would like them to stop! Can you help us please this is definitely a scam.
