They wanted to buy my advertised manufactured home on 1 acre.
They claimed they had a representative who would meet me to fill out the necessary paperwork, after they send me the full payment and I process it.
They would not agree to signing a sale contract, they wanted names other than their own on the deed, and they would not provide their full name nor address. The way they would speak in their email was with if you would kindly, repurpose my home for supposed good causes, and they were also mostly interested in sending me the payment.
