Gozbooks fruad

I (Admittedly impulsively) purchased a few books from gozbooks, but after purchasing noticed too many red flags:
- an hour after purchasing the order number claimed it was delivered to my house
-the phone number listed is for Best Buy Geek Squad
-none of the books have any reviews
-the refund policy states "No refunds allowed for items purchased on sale" but conveniently everything is on sale
-unable to contact anybody or find a valid email address
-most links such as: Legal, cancel order etc. takes you to a different website & is all in another language compared to the website

I utilized a website to purchase a book set, checked a scam alert site to verify the site and it surprisingly came back trusted. Ordered the books, and the site stated delivery would happen in 5-14 days. A week went by without any tracking. Reached out, no answer. Went to check on order status and ended up getting an error on the site. Reviewed the site again and now the customer service information is listed in a different language, email listed has changed, phone number is for Best Buy geek squad, clicking contact us only yields directing you to your email app. Attempted contacted new email, and it kicks back as not valid. I’m fairly certain their listed address is not valid either.
