I ordered product from this company. They posted what they claim were tracking updates, but never from a US based delivery service. They then claim i recieved the package. When i contacted them to inquire about not having received my item, i was told to go look for it with my neighbors. They then told me that their company sent the wrong item and did not aend my purchased items. I was told i needed to locate the item they did send and mail it back to the as they had lost a great deal of money. I have repeated asked for a full refund due to them never having sent my purchased items. They offed back 20% of my purchSe pirce, which i declined and insisted on a full refund. They then came backoffer 30% then 50% upon my continuous refusal to accept anything less than the full purchase amount for items they claim to have never sent to m3 to begin with.
