I was contacted by the Federal Trade Commission stating someone stole my identify and I need to obtain a new name and social security number because a fraud payment was made on my capital one card. I was told to move my 401k money and I was told not to go back to work until my money was moved.

Left the following message on my phone on April 8, 2019, at 11: 43 a.m.:

"Hello we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from SSA Social Security Administration. This call is to inform you that we have got an order to suspend your socials immediate within 24 hours basis because we have found suspicious and fraudulent activities on your social to get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number 225-470-0722. I repeat 225-470-0722. Thank you. It."

I did not return the call.
