Anyway Mathew said that I was picked because I paid my bills on time and had no criminal records and that money I don't have to pay back. He told me I had two choices as to how I want to receive the grant money. One was that I could give them my checking account # and they would put the money in or I could have them put it on a pre-paid card. I said I would call them back with my checking account # and that is when I got his phone number. Of course I didn't call him back.
The number that came up on my caller I D was 414 763-2762.
