I got a call offering a $9000 Grant, plus $250 from Government Granges. She gave me an ID number, and a call back number of 512-0717-8971, ask for Rick Walter. She had a strong Asian accent which I could not understand.She asked for my husband. But she talked to me. She said the money could not be used for alcohol or cigarettes, she asked what I would use it for, I said paying off debts. She asked my age. She called back to ask if I had called back. I said yes, but didn't reach anybody. She said call in 15 minutes. Then she called back in 15 minutes, to say they were available. I called Rick and he said I needed to register with $250, and I would get the $250 back. I told her I didn't have it, and she said to call back when I got the money. They mentioned several ways they could pay me, Western Union, Moneygram, prepaid card. They said I should buy the card, and they would put the money on it. I talked to 3 different people, and I could hear people on the phones in the background all 3 times.
