It is posing as a government affiliated website, but it is actually just to fill out the form. They charged the exact amount expected of an expedited passport. They asked for additional information that was not needed including my birth parents names and birth places.

Misleading website for online passport renewal that is charging for pre-filling passport forms to be printed and mailed in. This becomes more clear after payment is provided. Personal information collected (SS, address, birth city, phone number, names of both parents, credit card number, etc).

Appeared to be a legitimate website to fill out the passport paperwork. Information given was Name, Address, SSN, Parent and Spouse name, and CC number
