I called this gotosupport company to get assistance to sing up with Tinder. I got there number from a customer representative from metro Pc that I believe is working with the scammers. After making the call to the fake support company, they told me to log on my laptop and grant them remote desktop access by downloading an application and giving them access to my computer. They started asking me question on the phone while working on my computer. They said that I would be charge $4 so they can create an tinder account for me and also they requested a copy of my license. When I gave them my credit card number and a picture of my License I then saw my laptop screen went black and my mouse cursor moving I suddenly turn off my laptop because I suspected a scam. I called my bank and notice a pending of $200 us that was pending for withdraw from my account, i told the bank to cancel all pending money transfer. They also use my Id and email address to sign up on a bitcoin site to transfer the money there. I recently change my Drivers License and restore my laptop settings.
