Last year in November 19, I made a payment on the website http://www.gotsoccerspro.com/ but this website doesn't exist anymore, this website had your logo 'BBB Accredited Business' and it seemed to be a safe website to realize a purchase, I bought a Nike hypervenom phelon 2, then I got an email from [email protected] telling me

"Thank you for using payment.onlinecreditpay.com, the order you made on website www.gotsoccerspro.com has been paid successfully via payment.onlinecreditpay.com online payment system.

Payment details are shown as below:

Order number: ***

Transaction amount: USD 92.9800

Transaction date: 2015/11/19 9:45:32

Shipping address: *** *** ***

Transaction description: Qiulite technology Co.,Ltd

Please contact us by email: [email protected]"

And then they give me a tracking number R***N that doesn't work either. They only answer me once saying that my package had been sent but it's been more then a months and I didn't received anything.

Can you help me? Please I'm from Peru and I don't know what else to do.
