On 12/17/18, I purchased (1) Hair-Off™ IPL Hair Removal System for $119.99, less a 10% Discount of $11.99, free shipping, and $108.00 was charged that same day to my VISA Card. I received an e-mail confirmation of my order with a note that I'd be notified when the item was shipped. I still haven't received my order, so I e-mailed the address from my confirmation, [email protected], yesterday to check on the status, but only received this message, "The response was:

DNS Error: 2418578 DNS type 'mx' lookup of gotitallco.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: gotitallco.com." When I went to their website, www.gotitallco.com, I got this message, "gotitallco.com refused to connect."

After checking the ScamPulse.com Website, I see I've been duped and robbed along with several others by this site. :(

I ordered an item that was *promised to ship" in a matter of days, through this company online. My card was charged, and that was it. I never received any shipping notice, any way to track the item, and it never showed up. I have emailed the company TWICE asking for shipping info, or ANY kind of update. I've gotten nothing back. I believe this entire site to be a scam. I can't find a customer service number, or a physical address ANYWHERE for them, so I can't file a regular complaint. Their "contact us" link only gives you a form. I've filled that out SEVERAL times asking about my order. I found them on Facebook, where it says it "typically answers instantly" when you message them. Radio silence there, too. What legit company takes your money and then ignores your every inquiry for two weeks? They are scammers and I no longer believe the beauty device (hair remover) I ordered even exists. What now?!

I wanted to buy a laser hair removal on https://gotitallco.com/ . After I introduced the details of my debit card, a second item was added to the order without my consent. With no option to review the order, the payment was processed (via https://checkout.shopify.com/***). I immediately received an email with the Order Number #***. When I tried to change the order to remove one item, I realized that there was no option to either change or cancel the order which is a legal requirement. I tried to reach the company but the only contact detail is an email which I believe now that does not exist. I sent several emails and no reply. The company does not reply to the emails and doesn't have a telephone number or an address. In the website there is an option to "track your order" but it appears "Your search for "#***" did not yield any results" besides being paid already. I realized late that this company does not exits and that it's scam and fraud and I would like to report it.

I bought two Hair-Off™ Permanent Laser Hair Removal Machines on the website. They never ship out the order. I emailed customer service for several times but no one replies to me. It is a scam website stealing my money.
