I was just trying to pay my child support and they said I had to get it before I was transferred to the appropriate department. I asked do I have to get it they said yes to be transferred. Ripped me off $19.99 oh and promised a gift card for$100.00!!! NEVER GOT THE GIFT CARD!!!!!
