contacted both my wife and myself on a 14 year old loan that I paid. Said we already had a court date, would put a lien on my house, work and car. I would be sued for fraud. I could settle for half that amount. they had my car, home address, last 4 of social. Said they were presenting NCS, which i called and they never heard of them. technically theres 2 NCS, National Credit system and National Credit services. They also gave me and generic office location. 1801 Century Park East, Los Angeles 90067. They have hung up on me 3 times so far before answering any of my questions. They just keep repeating the same script.

The person called said I owed Bank of America money if I didn't pay they would put a lean on my property. They had the last four digits of my Social Security number the also called my brother and daughter. I have never had an account with Bank of America.
