I ordered a product advertised on Instagram. The product never came even after a month since the order. I reached out to their support team, and they said I should expect delays due to COVID and international customs. But by the time I'd reached out to them, my shipment had allegedly already passed through US customs and (according to their internal "tracking system") was in a warehouse in Philadelphia. The delivery status for the shipment then said "ETA: Unknown." When I reached out again, the email address I used bounced back as Undeliverable. I tried to visit the original website I'd seen on Instagram, and got a 404 error that the site had been taken down. So I contacted them with the email address associated with their PayPal account and requested a refund. They continued to make excuses ("We're on vacation," "We contacted the delivery service, they say it's on its way,") but the package still hasn't arrived after 2 months, and neither has a refund. I strongly believe this is a scam.
