My wife tried to order a Rag Doll cat online through the Gorgeous Rag Doll kitten site. We paid $800 for the cat and a additional $200 for the delivery. The next day the cat was supposedly to be shipped out through the airport and was dropped off. We were then directed to the shipping company who said they needed $2000 for the delivery as insurance and the money would be refunded. At this time I knew it was a scam and we asked the guy for our money back. He acted confused and didn’t understand and said we would have to figure it out with the shipping company. We requested our money back on Zelle and he denied our request both times.
