Got a call saying I won a car a 11 million

Had me go to a bank and get a money advance then sent me to Walgreens and CVS and buy three 500 dollar gift cards and give him all the numbers on the cards, which he said was taxes on the full amount of a percentage of the prizes.

This is the scammer’s voice: hello, I’m Gordon, this is a secured line to test for hearing, how are you today? I said I’m fine, he hung up. I called back sensing a scam and when he answered he said, “this is Gordon can you hear me”? He wanted me to say “YES”. I did not.
