Justin Gordon advised he could assist with getting a needed title for a vehicle. Took intial payment and never provided invoice or any proof he even began the process of getting the title. After three months of having to run him down for updates we requested our funds be returned, Gordon refused to return funds and stated he had mailed the title but had no tracking number nor had requested a signature. It’s dreadful that when you try support small business this is what occurs. Wanted to share to avoid anyone else going through the same
