I placed an order for 2 pairs 12/03/17 with a guarantee for Christmas. Then received an email about how they went viral and it was going to take 3 weeks for delivery. Then on Christmas eve received an email with certificates I could print to give to the recipients telling them they have a gift coming. I have emailed twice with no response. Tried to call the phone # on the website no mailbox set up and no one answers. Still don't have socks or received any info about shipping on my order. To top it off I received an email advertising and wanting me to order more. Lot of other complaints exactly like mine.. Total scam
