Received a call from a strange phone number M205172700051. The gentleman with a heavy foreign accent said they were suspending my Google business account because I had not verified the account and they wanted to send me a code to verify. I thought it sounded suspicious, and I had heard of similar scams involving verification codes, so I hung up. He immediately called back. I told him I couldn't understand him, so he got his "supervisor" who also had an accent, not quite as heavy. She told me the same thing. That they had sent me an email in April that I had not responded to and so they were going to suspend my Google listing unless I verified the account with the code. I told her I wasn't going to do it and hung up. I checked online and my account was in good standing and was verified. I am sure if I had entered the code, they would have gained access to my computer.
