I received a call from "Google" wanting to update my information. As I listened more the person would not confirm that this was a free informational update. He said he wouldn't know until he completed my information update. I declined.

I received a call back from the same number and when I didn't pick up he left a message consisting of one word, "Scared" and hung up.

When I called back, I only had a few seconds to say that I would report the matter to authorities. They hung up.
