Goodwill on line auction at the MN store. Item paid for on Jan 17th 2023, the store provided a USPS tracking number on Jan 19th. The tracking number was never entered into the USPS tracking system......Email contact with the store, they related USPS pickup carrier person never scans the tracking numbers of items pickup for delivery.......Very suspicious that subsequent USPS facility's never scanned the package tracking number into the delivery system..........Email to the Goodwill Customer Service Dept. stated that the store has had a number of complaints regarding other online buyers that have the same situation as stated here.......Poor business skills by Goodwill.com and the Mn store Manager for not mandating or assigning a store person to greet the USPS pickup person and insist that all .....Ipackages for delivery are scanned into the USPS tracing system prior to leaving the store... The store has a pattern,is there more going on at the store where as the online buyer is not receiving the item paid for?.............I did file a complaint with paypal and I did receive a full refund from Paypal.com for the item never received........ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!
