An ad popped up on Facebook for Hey Dudes on sale. The more pairs you bought the cheaper the price per shoe was! I ordered them, paid with a credit card, received confirmation email. Email looked a little "unofficial" so I was already a little leary. But I received an email when they shipped and a tracking number. Also I could click on the link in email and pull up my order information and the "store" i ordered from. I kept checking the shipping and it said it was delivered to Hawaii. Im not anywhere near Hawaii so it's not like it is just a mistake in address. It said it came from China, but the transaction on my credit card statement says it was from London? There was never a phone number or address provided from where the "store" was. I talked with a coworker who also ordered the same thing and was having the same issue. Hers was delivered to a whole other state besides HI. After I saw it had been delivered I tried to pull the email confirmation and pull up my order info. When I clicked it would pull up for a second and then get a message saying this webpage can't be found and now it won't even pull up at all. Also the link for the store website says the store is closed. Of course, how convenient. It has been closed ever since my order was delivered. Very frustrating.

I found this website with a sale on shoes. I placed the order online and used my debit card. It was charged right away but I never got a confirmation as they said I would. Luckily I took screenshots of all the information and was able to email the ‘company’ since there was no phone number to be found. It said 1-2 business days to ship and 1-7 days for delivery. It has now been 17 days with no product after a second email to them.

Purchased a Stanley cup. Given a tracking number, followed the tracking number where it was said to be delivered in New Jersey. When I contact the realtor the just keep giving invalid tracking numbers saying it’s been resent.

Website says it’s selling Hey Dude shoes. After giving shipping and billing info as well as payment never heard anything from merchant.

Never received a purchase confirmation or receipt and never received merchandise
