I placed 2 orders on April 24, 2023. Both orders were for 2 pairs of sandals. After not receiving my order I reached out via email on May 15, 2023. They gave me a tracking number. After tracking the item multiple times it has not moved since May 10, 2023. I have sent many many emails since my first one without any reply.

Clicked on an ad through TikTok for a purchase that I thought was a great deal, the website looked legit, I followed through with my purchase and never received an email confirmation. After digging through the website and the link, I found the customer support email and reached out immediately. Took days to hear back, finally got an email with a tracking number and a link, tracked the package & it said it was delivered to a completely different address in a different state than me. Reached e four to customer service again and NO response
