1. In order to show our sincere apology, we are willing to raise the refund to 40% of the product to solve this problem. In the meantime, you can still keep the product. Does this sound reasonable to you? In fact, this is already the best solution we can offer. We sincerely hope that you could kindly understand and accept our apologies.

2. If you still find this unacceptable, you can also choose to return the package for a full refund. However, you need to pay the shipping fee incurred by returning the goods, which will cost you about 20 USD and the returning time may last for about one month. According to our company's return policy, we can not issue the refund until we receive the package, please kindly understand.

Please let us know your choice so that we can issue a refund or provide a return address as soon as possible.

I'm sorry but 20% of what I paid is sad. I will be reporting you guys to BBB. 20% refund. That's funny. I want what I paid for or give me my money back. Plan and simple.

We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience.

I have checked the website that you bought the item, it did have some misleading problem. In this case, how about we provide a 20% refund of the total price of the order, and you can just keep the item. We will reflect this problem to our manager, he will fix this problem as soon as possible, and we won't let it happen again.

According to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. And we sincerely hope you can understand and agree, also, leave a positive comment on our website.

The picture and product did not match. I ordered the one on the second photo got a ten dollar welding hood. It's sad we have to go through this. Very sad. But this is ok. Just learned a lesson. Never buy from a product on line. But would like my refund or to return the false advertising product. Will be returning the product to the address in california.
